I developed a passion for helping couples when my husband and I became presenters in a weekend premarital education workshop called Basics4Marriage in 2009. I specialize in helping couples who have high-stress jobs, chronic health issues, or individual histories of trauma using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Since then, I have earned Advanced status in EFT and am actively pursuing Certification.
In addition to working with couples, I also work with creative and artistic individuals. My background as a semi-professional opera singer gives me enormous compassion for the unique struggles faced by artists. I know first-hand how performance, critique and showings can trigger extreme vulnerability, stuck places, and poor habits. As a result, I help artists reignite their passion, overcome performance issues, and work through creative blocks as well as addressing procrastination, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and addiction.
I earned my Masters and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the American School for Professional Psychology at Argosy University. I also have a Masters of Music in Vocal Performance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX; and a Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance from University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA.

Ashleigh is extremely detail-oriented. Her favorite thing to hear from a client is that she’s helped them to relax, by freeing up more of their time so that they can focus on what matters to them, whether it be an area of business or more family time.
