Healthy Holidays
Come nourish your body, heart, mind, and soul!
When you think of holidays, do you think of excitement, vibrance, and deep connection with yourself and your loved ones? Or do you think about the stress of shopping for everyone on your list, tense family obligations, and delicious but unhealthy food?
Join us for our interactive 6-week series where we’ll be learning to eat consciously, move mindfully, and reflect soulfully during the busy holiday season.
Dr. Dawn Jacobson, MD from the Abundant Living Wellness Center and Dr. Erin Findley, PsyD from the Diablo Valley Relationship Center will integrate medical and psychological science with practical tools to help you find balance and thrive during this hectic time of the year.
- Weekly meetings to discuss the newest science on a functional medicine topic, share real life experiences from the past week, and practice mind-body strategies for optimal health.
- Additional opportunities such as yoga classes, nature walks, and creative journaling every few days to encourage and support your healthy holidays practices.
- Private Facebook group where class members can support each other and have questions answered during office hours with Dr. Erin.
In the final class session, we’ll have a dedication ceremony to help you come away with a crystal clear understanding of what you learned during the class, what works well for you, and what new habits you want to work on in 2016. The more you participate, the more you’ll benefit – so please plan to be at all classes.
