Introducing Melissa!

This post is long overdue — my apologies for taking this long to make an official announcement! But it’s been that kind of year…

In January, I was joined by a phenomenal team member. Her name is Melissa Siler, and she’s been a huge asset to me in running the administrative side of my practice. Her help has allowed me to focus on what I do best: working with clients, consulting for colleagues, and giving trainings and presentations.

Here’s Melissa’s introduction in her own words — please join me in welcoming her!

Hi, I’m Melissa, and I’m Erin’s administrative assistant. I’m the owner KShea Virtual Office Solutions. I started my business with a passion to assist a female entrepreneur with administrative tasks in the mental health field.

I’m very excited about this role working with Erin and with you, her clients. My role will start out administrative, but both Erin and I are looking forward to seeing how else I might be able to help within her practice.

I’ve always wanted to help people, which is what drew me to pursuing a career in mental health. I started out as an aide in high school for kids with special needs ranging from Down Syndrome to Autism. I volunteered for the Special Olympics for a couple years.  After my experiences in high school, I knew that mental health was my passion and I wanted to pursue a career in it. I attended Cuesta College and graduated with a license as a Psychiatric Technician in 2005. Since graduating I have worked in a wide variety of mental health settings.

I’m originally from the Central Coast of California, currently living in Reno, NV. I'm married and have a one-year-old daughter, Kinsley, and my family and I love camping and enjoying the outdoors.

My email address is melissa@erinfindley.com, and my direct phone number is (707) 348-9951. You can also message me directly within the Spruce app.

Please feel free to reach out — I would love to help where I can.
